We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

All our prints are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged or defective items. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@tmfrstudio.com with:

your order number
a photo of the damaged item

We will send you a replacement at no extra cost, or a full refund if you prefer.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we will notify you by email. The refund is made to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at contact@tmfrstudio.com.
