Free shipping worldwide

Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum purchase.

Production

Every poster is printed to order by our partner Gelato, a local printing network present in more than 30 countries. Your order is printed as close to you as possible, which keeps delivery times short and reduces our carbon footprint. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping)

France, Belgium and United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days
Rest of the European Union: 3 to 7 business days
United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days

These times are estimates and may vary with the carrier, public holidays or customs checks.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Customs and import duties

Most orders are printed in or near the destination country. For some destinations outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply; these are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@tmfrstudio.com with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
